MEMBER RULES & REGULATIONS
Memberships are purchased on a seasonal basis. The Oneonta Tennis Club has three seasons and each season is four months long; Fall-Winter, Winter-Spring and Summer.
The Oneonta Tennis Club is a private membership facility. Membership is required to participate in the programs at the Club.
Indoor open court fees are $48 per court hour. ($12 p.p. for doubles, $24 p.p. for singles).
Seasonal reservations are encouraged and will receive first priority over other events at the Club.
Lesson and clinics will be offered throughout the season by our staff.
You can purchase an “All You Can Play Pass” for the season. It includes all open court fees, league fees and 30% off on all lesson and clinic fees. It does NOT include season contract court dues.
The facility hours during the fall season are daily from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Reservations are required. Players cannot play without a reservation unless approved by management. A reservation requires a minimum of two members’ names. A reservation can be up to 2 hours for doubles and 1-1/2 hour for singles. A singles reservation is not allowed to become a doubles reservation. A player is allowed two reservations at the time, except for the following changes.
Members can make a same day reservation at anytime that day starting at 9am. No advance dated requests aloud. This reservation will not count as one of your two weekly reservations.
All weekday leagues will start at 6:30 pm. Each member will be entitled to participate in one league each week which will not count as a reservation. Additional participation in other leagues will be counted as a reservation.
If a league is not filled 24 hour prior to its start time the league will be cancelled for that week and the court time opened for reservations.
Members can have two reservations open during a rolling 7 day period and can not book a new reservation until after they complete play of the first reservation.
Any substitution will cancel your reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of play will incur a $25 (per group) cancellation fee.

Court fees have to be paid in advance at the time of the reservation. Invoices will be sent at the time of the reservation via the internet to members who do not have an “An All You Can Play Pass”. Reservations are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Membership is not transferable.
Members are required to enter their membership number in our front door entrance keypad to access the indoor facility. All entries to the facility and play are recorded on our security system. Members who do not use their own number to enter will have their membership suspended.
Members can invite guests to play. Guests can use the facility upon approval of the management. Guest can play at the facility 3 times during the season. Daily guest fees and regular court fees will apply.
Members are financial responsible for the guests.
Throughout the day there are no attendants on duty. In case of emergency a phone is located in the lounge. A list of emergency telephone numbers is listed on the wall above the phone.
The management has the right to suspend a membership if a member has abused his privileges.
